 Firstly, the most important feature of this 12-sink handwashing trailer with the sleeper room is space for the attendant.  A twin bed allows for the use of the trailer while an attendant remains on site.  While not loaded with amenities, the attendants room remains comfortable. For example, the bed is a relaxing innerspring mattress with clothes storage underneath. Also, an electrical receipt provides a location to charge a phone or plug in an appliance.  Finally, electric or gas heat and air conditioning completes this sleeper room with climate control.

 Importantly, this handwashing trailer model holds a large fresh-water tank.  Of course, this tank provides the necessary water for the handwashing sinks.  An above floor water pump draws the fresh water from the tank to the stainless-steel sinks faucets.   Also included, a large waste holding tank which is built into the frame of the trailer.  For easy access, a front dump valve is located for disposing of the waste in the included waste tank. Additionally, depending on the intended use of the trailer, faucets may be free flowing or metered to control water use-age.  Finally, counter tops created from a waterproof, stainless steel material provide a durable, easy to clean surface.
